About The Commander's Caravan
The Commander's Caravan is a uniquely designed shepherd's hut glamping space for two. It offers blissful getaways in an environmentally friendly manner. Situated in the Teme Valley, just outside Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire.
Lovingly converted from an Army Brockhurst trailer, the Commander’s Caravan is the perfect glamping getaway.
We ( Mhairi & Rob) completed the conversion of the Commander’s Caravan in 2018 when we lived in West Wales. It then spent two years welcoming guests on our farm Glamping site.
In late 2020 we made the move to a tiny small holding just outside Tenbury Wells, where the Commander’s Caravan is now ready to welcome a new set of guests in its new location.
The shepherd's hut now sits behind our house in a 3-acre field, tucked under the shade of the Cherry Plum trees. A quiet spot, with walks from the doorstep but close to the market town of Tenbury Wells. There is plenty to explore nearby.
